I believe that the National Guard Law is just as important as the Investment Law. The HCL is huge for the people of Iraq but not needed for the monetary reform!

Putin confirms Russia’s full support for Ebadi and Iraq in its war against terrorism
BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) – The prime minister Haider al-Abadi, said on Monday that Daash has become a common threat to Iraq and Russia, with Russian President Vladimir Putin said his country’s full support for Iraq in its war against terrorism.
This came during a meeting between Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Monday on the sidelines of the General Assembly meeting of the United Nations and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the meeting, according to a statement issued by the office received the Abadi (IMN) a copy of which was “discuss the situation in the region and strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields and the war on terror Daash Russian and arming of Iraq gangs.”…
