Majeed pointed out that “these companies delivered 8 schools in Dhi Qar and 4 other schools are in the process of delivery, and there are advanced achievement rates in the schools in the rest of the governorates,” while noting that “the next stage will witness the delivery of the Turkish hospital in Dhi Qar province after achieving advanced achievement ratios.” In it and bypassing the simple technical problems between the Ministry of Health and the company executing the project.
