Baghdad today: The deputy of the Alliance Alliance, Raad Al-Maksousi, confirmed today, Monday, that the person in charge of forming the government, Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi, is working on choosing his cabinet cabinet himself without involving the political blocs or informing them about them.
And Raad Al-Maksousi said, in an interview with (Baghdad Today), that “Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi assured us that he will choose his ministers himself without the interference of political forces, while he affirmed his agreement with all political blocs of various components on this matter and his rejection of any interference.”
Al-Maksousi added: “We cannot know which ministry decides its prime minister in charge of forming the government.” Allawi is working on his government without informing the political blocs on this, and for this we do not have any information about the new ministers because he is exclusively in Allawi’s hands.
The head of the Bairaq Al-Khair bloc, member of the House of Representatives, Mohammed Al-Khaldi, has revealed, today, Monday, the date of the announcement of the cabinet cabinet of the Prime Minister-designate, Mohammed Tawfiq Allawi.
Al-Khalidi told (Baghdad today), that “the beginning of next week may witness the announcement of the formation of the ministerial cabinet for the government of the Prime Minister-designate,” noting that “the new government will be free from any party candidate to assume ministerial positions.”
He added that “there are some bankrupt parties that are still moving some demonstrators in order to continue the process of rejecting Muhammad Allawi and fueling the street,” noting that “the process of forming Allawi’s government is on its way.”
And added that “Allawi’s cabinet cabinet has been decided, and did not include any candidates for the blocs at all,” noting that “the new government did not witness any rotation in the names of ministers in the previous government and previous governments.”
On Wednesday (5 February 2020), Representative Yusef Al-Kalabi confirmed that the Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, set a condition in exchange for agreeing to his appointment to head the transitional government.
