firefly (Dinar Guru) – CBI Announcement: “The Ministry of Finance approved on 2015/12/16 conduct a public auction auction (Y16) for the sale of the treasury for their remittances (364) on 12.20.2015.” “To / all licensed banks and licensed money transfer all companies and financial investment companies and broker the buying and selling of foreign currencies approved all companies(foreign exchange rate) 12/20/2015 Board Resolution No. (329) for the year 2015 (the exchange rate)12/18/2015.” [It is coming!] oh yeah…make no mistake about it! …funny, those announcements weren’t there yesterday when I checked. Not surprised, many items going on behind the scenes that only appear after the fact. [does that mean they are approving or have approved the exchange rate?] According to the CBI, certainly makes one think so.

The United Nations welcomes the approval of Iraq’s budget for 2016, and hopes to further reforms
The United Nations welcomed the decision of the Iraqi Council of Representatives of the country’s budget for 2016.
Internationalist Representative in Iraq, Jan Kubis said in a statement Buratha news agency received a copy of it, “I would like the government and congratulate the Iraqi Council of Representatives to adopt the 2016 budget law, and I’m pleased with the decision of the House of Representatives.”
He added that “at this critical economic environment, Levan legislation Budget 2016 law was appropriate and allows the government as well as regional and local authorities to focus on service delivery and support of the population, including millions of people displaced internally, while maintaining the fight against terrorism and the elements Daash”

Parliamentary Finance: Presidency of the Republic to ratify the 2016 budget during the next few days
BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / .. announced the parliamentary finance committee member Masood Haider, Thursday, that the general budget for the 2016 law voted by parliament in its session yesterday, the President of the Republic will be approved in the next few days.
Haidar said to the reporter / Baghdadi News /, “The Presidency of the Republic to ratify the general budget for the 2016 law during the next few days, while ruled that the law remains without authentication President of the Republic until the end of the 15 day period prescribed by the Constitution.”
“The right of some of the blocks that have objections to the budget bill after voting attic recourse to the Federal Court,” describing “those objections political bidding.”
It is said that the Council of Representatives voted 45 Minutes, which held on Wednesday on the state budget for the year ended 2016. Law 21 / g
