Parliament paving the way for the trial of Al-Maliki

Okaz (Baghdad, Amman) – Foiled the efforts of the Iraqi parliament, Vice President of the Republic article Nuri al-Maliki to get parliamentary immunity so as not to be subjected to any trial and the parliament rejected the resignation of a vice-Maliki’s bloc to allow him to return to the seats in parliament to be able to restore his parliamentary immunity. The Iraqi sources told «Okaz» The failure of Parliament for the return of al-Maliki to membership will open the door to his trial in the wake of the parliamentary committee investigating the cause of the fall, which found him guilty of Mosul report.

Millionday: He said Abdul Khaliq’s (IMN) “This law will protect the citizen’s money from being lost, where would compensate citizens in the event of the loss of National Bank deposited with him this money, as well as the arrest of the bank manager and held accountable legally and his prosecution,”

adding that “in the past, the court only by virtue of the bank manager and his detention without compensation from the owner of the money deposited, as previously happened in some private banks.
