Kaperoni – Dinar Guru As I’ve already stated there are two proposals in Iraq. The first proposal which is being taught to citizens is a currency replacement or a LOP. The second proposal which I believe is the directive of the IMF is to allow the currency to gradually appreciate over time as their economy grows. This is not an overnight event but a long-term event.
