Randy Koonce (Dinar Guru) –   Iraq wants to RV, and they tell us this all the time in the paper...They will tell us they are opening the budget, but do not.  They tell us they are going to start the Tariffs, but they don’t.  They tell us that they are getting loans to do massive building, but for some reason there is still nothing going on…They keep telling us that they have approved the oil law… but they never enact it…And after this repeated pattern of information, they then sit quietly for a while and they start the whole process up again.  OK. So, what is the one Key that is required to do all these things? The RV!   Why? Because it takes money that is worth more than the paper it is printed on.  So even tho you are disappointed it has not happened yet, there is one more common ‘key’ that is mixed in with this repeated process. And that is Obama… He has a reason for not doing it just yet, and he has kept Iraq and the world at bay with this RV…We have information that comes from good sources; it is the best we can do. Federal Court decision did not address the re-Allawi and al-Maliki and Najafi or not

Federal Court recognizes the unconstitutionality Cancel posts of Vice-President of the Republic

Alsumaria News / Baghdad – Early on Monday, a source revealed the decision of the Federal Court declared unconstitutional Cancel posts of Vice-President of the Republic, for violating the constitutional article.

The source said in an interview for the Sumerian News, “The Federal Court issued a decision ensures unconstitutional dismissal of vice-president.”

The source, who asked not to be named, said: “The court’s decision was based on one of the articles of the Constitution which provides for the selection of one or more Deputy President of the Republic.”

Article (69) that “the law shall regulate the provisions for nomination to the post of President of the Republic, and the law shall regulate the provisions of choosing one or more Deputy President of the Republic.”

The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, decided in August 9, 2015, the abolition of the posts of Vice President and Prime Minister immediately.

And the President of the Republic Fuad Masum, three deputies are the first deputy president of the republic, Nuri Kamal al-Maliki and Vice President Osama Najafi and Vice President for National Reconciliation, Iyad Allawi, as voted by the House of Representatives on the eighth of September 2014.

Federal Court decision did not address the re-Allawi and al-Maliki and Najafi or not

Twilight News / issued a judicial authority in Iraq on Monday clarification on the heroes of the Federal Supreme Court for the decision to cancel the posts of Vice-President of the Republic.

A spokesman for the authority Judge Abdul Sattar Bayraktar, said in a statement responded to the Twilight News, he said that “the decision to cancel the posts of Vice-President of the Republic stipulated in Articles (69) and (75) of the Constitution is an amendment to the Constitution without the path charted by the Constitution to amend provided for in article (142) thereof which requires a decision by the House of Representatives amendment referendum and the Iraqi people on it. ”

He added that “the decision of the Federal Supreme Court was based on a complaint filed by Mr. Osama al unconstitutionality,” noting that “the resolution does not mention unconstitutionality to restore or not to restore the Vice President of the Republic gentlemen d.Ayad Allawi and Nouri al-Maliki and Osama al. ”

The Federal Supreme Court had earlier in the day ruled unconstitutional the decision to cancel the posts of Vice-President of the Republic.

They are allowed a percentage of their SDR deposit. Generally it is 200 percent. They have approx 10b in SDR basket, so they are allowed 200 percent of that. That is why they were able to get a 20 (Billion dollar) loan.  Thats what the agreement is and the 5.34 (Billion) is one of the installments.  It gets them on their feet. That’s why investment into the country is so important to what OUR end goal is.

Federal Court recognizes the unconstitutionality Cancel posts of Vice-President of the Republic

Alsumaria News / Baghdad – Early on Monday, a source revealed the decision of the Federal Court declared unconstitutional Cancel posts of Vice-President of the Republic, for violating the constitutional article.

The source said in an interview for the Sumerian News, “The Federal Court issued a decision ensures unconstitutional dismissal of vice-president.”

The source, who asked not to be named, said: “The court’s decision was based on one of the articles of the Constitution which provides for the selection of one or more Deputy President of the Republic.”

Article (69) that “the law shall regulate the provisions for nomination to the post of President of the Republic, and the law shall regulate the provisions of choosing one or more Deputy President of the Republic.”

The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, decided in August 9, 2015, the abolition of the posts of Vice President and Prime Minister immediately.

And the President of the Republic Fuad Masum, three deputies are the first deputy president of the republic, Nuri Kamal al-Maliki and Vice President Osama Najafi and Vice President for National Reconciliation, Iyad Allawi, as voted by the House of Representatives on the eighth of September 2014.

Federal Court decision did not address the re-Allawi and al-Maliki and Najafi or not
