Met with His Excellency the Minister of Human Rights, Mr. Mohamed Xiaa Sudan, and Iraq's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, Ambassador Mohammed Ali Hakim, with a high-level coordinator for missing persons and Kuwaiti property, Mr. Gennady Tarasov, in Geneva on 16/11/2011. During the meeting, discuss and debate issues related to missing Kuwaiti and Iraqi efforts of the tireless search for the rest of them.

The Minister of Human Rights a summary of the efforts made by the Iraqi government and the practical steps taken to search for remains of missing Kuwaitis in Iraqi territory. Mr. Tarasov and the price of Iraq's efforts, calling it very positive in terms of practical actions taken and the speed and accuracy, adding that Iraq has used the experiences and professionalism in the search for remains of missing Kuwaitis. It was also discussion of future actions in this regard.

The high-level coordinator that he would report back positively on the efforts made by Iraq in this area to the Secretary-General of the United Nations in the next month.




The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying the Minister of Human Rights and officials of the missing file in the Representation of the Republic of Iraq in Geneva, and the meeting took about an hour.
