Iraq's Abadi, US CENTCOM's Votel discuss anti-ISIS Mosul battle

Iraqi PM Haider al-Abadi has discussed with commander of US Central Command, Joseph Votel the latest developments in the Mosul liberation battle, The Baghdad Post reported on Friday.
Both sides have discussed the training and armament required to keep the victories the Iraqi army has achieved.
They also tackled the developments in the Middle East region.
Votel has reiterated his country's support to the Iraqi army in the ongoing battle to fully oust ISIS terrorists from Iraq.
Since February 19th, the Iraqi army in partnership with the US-led international Coalition has launched an offensive code-named 'We Are Coming, Nineveh' to liberate Mosul.
Another offensive has been launched in Anbar governorate in western Iraq.
