Complexity of the Liberal parliamentary bloc were part of the National Alliance on Tuesday, meeting within the Council of Representatives in the presence of a number of security leaders to discuss the readiness of security forces after the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq.

U.S. President Barack Obama announced on Friday a full withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country by the end of this year, according to the security agreement concluded by the government with the United States in 2008.
Under the security pact signed between Baghdad and Washington at the end of 2008, and must withdraw all U.S. troops from Iraqi territory no later than December 31, 2011.
