Allawi: a change of government is not the solution

Said former Iraqi Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi, on Sunday, that the solution to the political crisis in Iraq lies not change minister, but at the core of the political process built on false foundations.
Allawi said in an interview with Sky News Arabia said Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, "presented on the basis of the current government of technocrats ,, why it wants to replace the government of technocrats another technocrat?".
He explained that the real problem lies in the political climate and the political process itself, "built on false foundations, and foreign influence and monopolize political decision, sectarianism and marginalization and exclusion."
He continued that "this problem was supposed to be addressed by Abadi since becoming prime minister."
The Abadi had called a few days ago to reshuffle includes substantial professional figures and technocrats and professionals.
Abadi did not give details about the bags to be covered by the changes or the timing of it.
And it was met with a call Abadi controversy between the political blocs between supporters and dismissive.
For his part, called for the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr to form a government of technocrats comprehensive.
