Khlalil: Maliki first to breach Iraqi constitution

Baghdad (AIN) -MP Mahma Khalil of the Kurdistani Democratic Party which is headed by the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani criticized the refusal of the Premier Nouri al-Maliki to the recent statements of Barzani when he decided to name the disputed areas as Kurdish areas outside KR.
Khalil told All Iraq News Agency (AIN) "We think the conviction should be for Maliki because he is the first to breach the constitution and more than once as he follow double standards when he named the disputed areas as collective areas since this name is given to all the provinces."

Araji: Results of investigations concerning armament contracts to be announced next week

Baghdad (AIN) –The Integrity Committee will announce the results of the investigations concerning the armament contracts concluded with Russia.
The head of the Integrity Committee, Baha al-Araji, stated to AIN "The tasked Committee will present the results of the investigations on next week."
'The investigations are not complete yet and till now we can not accuse any figure of being behind the corruption in this contract," he concluded.
Earlier, the member of the Security and Defense Parliamentary Committee, Abbas al-Bayati, confirmed that the committee tasked to investigate the armament contracts concluded with Russia completed 90% of its duties and will present the preliminary results on next week.

"A committee was formed to involve two members from the Security Parliamentary Committee and two others from Parliamentary Integrity Committee to prepare a draft for the primary report to be presented to the extended committee on next week," he concluded.
