    Kurdistani MP: Tigris Operations Command is a real threat to all Iraq.

    She called Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to dissolve the Tigris operations forces and withdrawn it from the province of Kirkuk, "because they pose a real threat to everyone."

    The Tigris Operations Command includes the provinces of Diyala, Kirkuk and Salahuddin, which was added to it later.

    "the majority voted to approve the bill of the mandate of the three presidencies."

    BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, from Kurdistan Alliance, Mohsen al-Sadoun said that the Kurdistan region has the right to form a military force in the Kirkuk province because it is covered by Article 140 of the disputed areas.

    He said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /:

    Kurdish reports pointed out that the Kurdistan region is working on the formation of leadership consist of the Ashiys (brave) and the Peshmerga in Kirkuk under the name / Hemrin Operations Command.

    Arbil / NINA / A member of the Kurdistan Parliament, Karwan Saleh said that Russian arms deal represents a breach of the law and the Constitution, blaming Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki for large-scale corruption in the deal.

    He explained in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The process of arming the Iraqi army must be according to standards of the law and the Constitution and must be disclosed to Parliament, especially for security and defense committee."

    He continued:
    "If confirmed, the existence of corruption in the Russian arms deal, the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki is responsible for this corruption."

    The spokesman of government, Ali al-Dabbagh said on Monday that the National Security Council decided to re-negotiate with Russia on arms deal.
