State law supports the nomination of Saadoun al-Obeidi to fill the defense portfolio

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} MP for the coalition of state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki said his coalition supports the nomination of Khaled al-Obeidi to fill the defense portfolio.

Maliki said in a press statement received and Euphrates News Agency {} version today that "state law sees Obeidi personal appropriate and acceptable to all parties, so as to professionalism and military experience and his good addition to being characterized by the knowledge and know-how full the affairs of the Iraqi army."

He added that "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki does not oppose the nomination of al-Obeidi, or the current defense minister and agency Saadoun al-Dulaimi to fill the defense portfolio, the fact that both cast acceptable to Maliki because their experience and their independence," stressing that "the rule of law would welcome the nomination of any of the two characters to the ministry."
