A spokesman for the Kurdistan Alliance, a pro-Tayeb (range), "The forces and Kurdish political parties to participate in the government of the province or that did not participate will form the body or board top, with the task of management of the outstanding issues as well as relations between the province and the federal government and organization."
He added, "There are negotiations and discussions between various political forces on the status of the appropriate mechanisms and guidelines that will walk by this Council," pointing out that "this body will have a chapter to speak on all issues and problems that exist between Baghdad and Erbil."
He added, "that of the priorities of this Council determine the time of negotiation, as well as identifying the outstanding issues between us and the center and how to deal with him," noting that "the Supreme Council for the dialogue will be empowered to solve all the crises taking place in accordance with the constitution and political agreements concluded between the political blocs in earlier."
