He added, "that of the priorities of this Council determine the time of negotiation, as well as identifying the outstanding issues between us and the center and how to deal with him," noting that "the Supreme Council for the dialogue will be empowered to solve all the crises taking place in accordance with the constitution and political agreements concluded between the political blocs in earlier."
