Baghdad / WAP / said a member of a coalition of state law, logistical Saad, said the reform paper submitted by the National Alliance, which included increasing the powers of the provinces and regions and the mandate of the governor or the heads of provinces, only two sessions.
He told Baghdad International / WAP / today: "The inclusion of a paper reform these points because, to the provinces in dire need to increase the powers to be able to build local capacity in a project follow-up and take the responsibility of ministries lagging in the delivery of services to the citizen."
The National Alliance has formed a committee on behalf of the Reform Committee, to conduct reforms in the government, and to try to end the problems and determine the relationship between central government and the provinces and the province.
