Osman calls to take constitutional measures to resolve the dispute oil

Erbil, July 16 (PNA) - The member of the House of Representatives on the mass of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman, Monday, Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussain al-Shahristani and officials in the Kurdistan region to the media not to escalate and take constitutional measures to resolve the differences on the field of oil.
Osman said in a statement to reporters today that "the oil dispute between the center and the province has the dimensions of political, legal, technical, and can be resolved only through dialogue and away from the effects of foreign countries."
Uthman added, "to find solutions must resort to the Constitution and the relevant paragraphs in this important topic, and in case of a disagreement of interpretation is to go to the Federal Supreme Court to resolve the matter."
