Completed the second reading of the law of parties

Chamber of Deputies passed six laws, while finished reading the first and the second of four other laws, notably the law of parties. The House voted on the proposed law on the abolition of the Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. dissolved (1360) on 11.17.1985 and (827) on 30/6/1979 in the penalty imposed on the owner of the bakery oven, or who shall pull it down without the consent of the competent authorities and submitted by Legal Committee of the existence of procedures and instructions in the Municipality of Baghdad and the provinces and the Ministry of Trade and address the topic legally violating the provisions of the Constitution.

Parliament also completed the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on extradition of accused and convicted persons between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The House voted rejected in principle to the continued reading of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, submitted by the Committees on Foreign Relations and Legal.
The other hand, completed the second reading of the draft law submitted by the parties and the Legal Committee.
Confirmed that the Legal Committee in its response to the interventions of Representatives taking into account the proposals made in order to keep up with the constitutional development and facilitate the work of political parties, noting that the Committee needed to support legal to mature the bill, pointing out that the Committee supports the formation of an independent body to establish the parties and the abolition of the concerned department to grant approvals , noting that the Legal Committee requests the deletion of materials belonging to the Party's work and structure.
In turn, stressed the President of the House of Representatives there is a need for another session next week to discuss the draft law in preparation for a vote soon.
