Iraq: we will resort to question al-Maliki and his dismissal in the event of failure
Erbil, June 8 (PNA) - confirmed the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, on Thursday, that the political blocs will work on a mechanism to question Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in parliament and the dismissal in the event not to send President Jalal Talabani of the book-confidence motion to the House of Representatives, as ruled out resorting to early elections in the absence of withdrawal of confidence in Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
He said the head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Salman Jumaili "The political blocs will question Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his dismissal in the absence of a response by President Jalal Talabani for signatures of Representatives and the request is sent to the President of parliament to withdraw confidence from the al-Maliki."
He Jumaili that "the process of withdrawal of confidence from the Maliki will not be quick, confidential and need days to implement them," pointing out that "the time is now appropriate for the implementation of the first mechanism of withdrawal of confidence by a letter from President Jalal Talabani or the implementation of the second mechanism of interrogation."
He ruled out the head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives "to resort to early elections in the absence of withdrawal of confidence from Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki," asserting that "will provide the necessary majority in Parliament and will facilitate the process of withdrawal of confidence from Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki."
