Federal Court recognizes the unconstitutionality Cancel posts of Vice-President of the Republic

Early on Monday, a source revealed the decision of the Federal Court declared unconstitutional Cancel posts of Vice-President of the Republic, for violating the constitutional article.
The source said in an interview for the Sumerian News, "The Federal Court issued a decision ensures unconstitutional dismissal of vice-president."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The court's decision was based on one of the articles of the Constitution which provides for the selection of one or more Deputy President of the Republic."
Article (69) that "the law shall regulate the provisions for nomination to the post of President of the Republic, and the law shall regulate the provisions of choosing one or more Deputy President of the Republic."
