IED explosion in Baghdad

A source in the Iraqi Interior Ministry said on Saturday that eight people were killed between the dead and wounded when a roadside bomb in central Baghdad.
The source said in an interview, " The bomb exploded this morning, near the shops in the fight area, central Baghdad, killing one person and wounding seven others were injured."
The source, who asked not to be named, said that " the security force rushed to the scene and transported the wounded to a nearby hospital to receive the dead body to the forensic medicine department of treatment, while cordoned off the area of the incident and barred approach him."
