Wheels detect explosives parked for lack of electricity it provides

Student Baghdad police commander Maj. Gen. Ali Ghurairy, the Ministry of Electricity to provide energy to the wheels "Alrabiskan" to detect explosives that have been installed in a number of areas of the capital.
