New negotiations between Baghdad and Erbil on three files

The Kurdish change movement, announced Thursday, about upcoming round of negotiations between the Federal Government and Kurdistan about three files stuck between Baghdad and Erbil.

He said the movement's Parliamentary Bloc Mohammed told Kaveh's disciple underground news agency that "the next few days will see the launch of a new round of negotiations between Arbil and Baghdad", stating that "the negotiations include the three files are safe, and staff salaries, and export of oil."

Mohammed said that "Baghdad is determined to deny position salaries Kurdistan unless the Centre is delivered 550 thousand barrels agreed upon with the territory".

Salary crisis referred to Kurdistan and file exporting oil top problems and disagreements between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, the negotiations failed during the last period in halhaltha.
