Rasheed Bank raises its loans to 50 million dinars

Rasheed Bank announced on Wednesday, lifting allocated for building and housing for the citizens of the loan amount to 50 million dinars .

Said Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the Bank Mohamed Abdel Wahab said in a statement received "Economy News", a copy of which, " The bank lifted allocated for building and housing for the citizens of the loan amount to 50 million dinars, in order to reduce the burden on the citizen under the housing crisis which has been exacerbated by the density population ".

He added that "the move came after a study of the market and the high cost of construction , where the amount previously awarded 30 million dinars maximum ".

And Abdel Wahab that " the amount granted to the building and an interest rate of 8% for 15 years , " adding that " the grants will include the Karkh district provided that no objection Rafidain Bank and their support not received a loan for building ".

He noted the general manager of the Rasheed Bank that " the previous instructions were included Rusafa only by division between the bank Rafidain and Rasheed ".

The banks , Rafidain and Rasheed had fired soft loans to citizens for housing, in order to contribute to solving the housing crisis deepening in the country.
