Sabri: Abadi reforms include the reduction of members of parliament and provincial councils

Said a spokesman for the office of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi, said on Sunday that al-Abadi announcement about the need to reduce the deputies came within the reforms planned to be implemented due to the financial circumstances experienced by Iraq.

He added, that "Abadi have raised this general idea for discussion and seeking the views of the political blocs on them, and it needs to be strong support from the Parliament in proportion to the financial distress experienced by the country's circumstances."
