Iraqi optimism the outcome of talks with Kuwait

The Iraqi government said in a statement Thursday that the two sides (Iraq and Kuwait) agreed on the common principles and frameworks to solve all the files, within the short time scales. The government statement did not specify a date for those times.

Analysts have voiced their conviction that the political atmosphere that prevailed during the talks between the Iraqi and Kuwaiti delegations may be a move to exit Iraq from Chapter VII.
