Detection of the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Sarhan Sarhan, Saturday, for the allocation of nearly 51 trillion Iraqi dinars for the salaries of employees and retirees in the budget next year attributing the cause to it's operating budget, while noting that the areas that were liberated will not be issued for the displaced allocations.

"
He added that "51 trillion Iraqi employees and retirees while salaries have reached the Iraqi phantom revenues amounted to 81 trillion," noting that "Iraq will not be able to fill the shortfall in the budget due to be allocated to meet all employees' salaries."
He pointed out that "the areas that was not edited will not be issued for the displaced assignments," noting that "the reconstruction of those areas which were under the control of the organization requires special and borrowing countries in order to offset the Iraqi state unable to reconstruction."
