The oil revenues of the budget 69 trillion and 773 billion dinars (66 billion dollars) and percentage constitute 85.1% of total revenues. And non-oil revenues amounted to more than 11 trillion and 927 billion dinars (10 billion dollars) and percentage constitute 13.6% of total revenues.
And it formed an ongoing operating expenses and overhead salaries of more than 80 trillion dinars (78 billion dollars) and increase of 76% of the total expenditure, while capital expenditures amounted to more than 25 trillion dinars ($ 22 billion) increase of 23.8%.
Parliament has agreed to allocate 71 percent of the value of the proportion of the budget to the Kurdistan region, an amount equal to about $ 17 billion, despite the objections of deputies of state law, led by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
