Abadi adviser: The Board of reconstruction will eliminate corruption in large-scale projects

He said Saleh told {Euphrates News} that "the reconstruction is one of the major projects in transit to the provinces, and between strategic projects and major in Iraq, we need all the projects relating to dams and oil and Elicitations and Skkk iron, airports and others, as we need this council to implement them."

"The budget of 2015 stating that the formation of the reconstruction strand to submit a bill, and if Parliament proceeded to the law and to move the formation of the Council will eliminate the biggest corruption, and end corruption in large-scale projects," noting that "among the major corruption files are assignments and projects, and that the Council will have high transparency and adopt international standards to assess the tenders, through technical feasibility studies, and I, personally, with the council being the future of Iraq for infrastructure projects.

"The head of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council Ammar al-Hakim had called yesterday to activate the Supreme Policy Council, and the launch of Reconstruction Council, linking the economic and monetary institutions together; to avoid economic vibrations in the country.
