Communications Minister Hassan Kadhim Al-Rashid revealed the existence of differences with the CMC on special powers to move the mobile phone license the fourth, which led to delay the launch of its announcement to invest. The minister said that the approval included the right of the Ministry to act on its shares of the company amounting to 51 percent of the capital, for the purpose of selling them on the citizens, two years after its inception to ensure the right of citizens to contribute to the economic projects, while the operator retains the amount of 49 percent of its share, which goes then to the Finance Ministry.
