Greece plans to open an embassy and a consulate in Iraq
Greek diplomat announced his country's intention to open an embassy and a consulate in Iraq.
A statement by the Iraqi Ministry of Interior received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of "Interior Minister Mohammed Salem Al Ghabban received at his office the Greek Ambassador in Iraq Dionysius Kevitus stressed during the meeting Iraq's desire to develop relations with the countries of the world and openness to everyone for joint cooperation and exchange of experiences."
The two sides discussed "strengthening the relationship between Iraq and Greece and the opening of various prospects for cooperation between the two countries where the Interior Minister said the ministry is keen to provide the necessary each embassies and diplomatic missions of security protection."
