    The representative of the Supreme Shiite religious authorities blamed in Karbala, Sheikh Abdel Mahdi karbalai said those responsible for the security file the reasons for failure to protect citizens from terrorist attacks, demanding the Government find alternatives to crude oil through alternative sources.

    Karbalai said said during Friday prayers at the Imam Hussein dish (p) that, with continued acts of terrorism which has many victims beyond those responsible for the security file statements indicate failures in tackling this persistent violations, saying Iraq needs to meet frank and brave enough to diagnose the causes of security breaches in order to develop solutions.

    Karbalai said during his sermon addressed to Iraq budget that relies heavily on oil exports, which represent the tributary State, calling only at the same time to find alternative sources of crude oil prices being unstable at the time when increased staff salaries and Government officials, warning of the dangers in adopting balancing Iraq mainly crude oil resources.
