Rayis: Preparatory meeting concentrated on excluding judicial issues from the National Meeting 13/02/2012 20:27:00
Baghdad (NINA) – Prime Minister’s Advisor, Mariam al-Rayis, said that the preparatory meeting for the National Meeting has concentrated on excluding judicial issues in the National Meeting.
In a statement to NINA on Monday, Feb. 13, Rayis said, “Yesterday’s preparatory meeting concentrated on keeping judicial issues out of the National Meeting and not touching on current issues to prevent any regional country from interfering in Iraq’s affairs.”
She added, “Erbil Agreement has been raised because some of its articles have not been agreed on, so they have been listed in the National Alliance’s paper.”
The third preparatory meeting for the National Meeting of the political blocs was held at Parliament building on Sunday.
Speaker of Parliament, Usama al-Nijaifi, Vice President Khudayer al-Khuza’e, and Deputy Prime Minister, Rowsch Shaways, as well as representative for political blocs, attended Sunday’s meeting. / End.
