    I would saay that the IMF is confident of the Investment law and the plan for iraq to be coming out with a press release like this. I would say the cat is out of the bag and getting ready to prowl> Just this alone should send dinar sales through the roof .

    Can someone please explain where - in this article it says "NO RV UNTIL 2016"... Right... it doesn't.
