Demonstrators in Karbala, demanding the dissolution of the provincial council and accuse Mahmoud protection spoilers

Several hundred residents of Karbala, on Tuesday, to demand that Congress Karbala exercise constitutional powers resolution of the provincial council and the dismissal of the governor, and demanded appointed governor in accordance with the standard of competence, integrity and the dismissal of the Chief Justice Medhat al-Mahmoud, while accusing him of providing protection and immunity "for senior spoilers."
A reporter (range Press) that, hundreds of residents of Karbala demonstrated this morning, in front of the House of Representatives office in Karbala, to demand that Congress Karbala exercise constitutional powers resolution of the provincial council and the sacking of the governor, noting that, the demonstrators called for the appointment of an alternate governor in accordance with the standard of competence and integrity. The correspondent added that, the demonstrators held up banners calling for all directors to assume the task of service and security departments to provide services and follow up the implementation of projects in the province away from the influence of the party and state.
The correspondent pointed out that, Karbala demonstrators demanded the resignation of the President of the House of Representatives Judicial Council, Medhat al-Mahmoud, pointing out that, the demonstrators stressed that no reform or change the existence of al-Mahmoud, who provided protection and immunity for senior spoilers and thieves of public money.
The capital Baghdad and 10 Iraqi provinces are (Babylon, Karbala, Najaf, Diwaniyah and Muthanna, Dhi Qar, Wasit, Maysan, Basra and Diyala) is witnessing massive demonstrations since more than a month to condemn the poor services and corruption in government institutions and the judiciary, resulting in many of the reforms announced by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi .
