Diyala: administrative and technical behind the delay in the completion of transactions retirement reason

He said Council member Najat al-Tai's (IMN) "The retirement circle in Diyala province, operate according to two shifts morning and evening for the completion of the special retirees accumulated transactions," pointing out that "the administrative staff and the small size of the circle is not commensurate with the number of transactions and the auditors on that circuit."

She said the Parliamentary Integrity Committee last week, that there are brokers in the retirement body put pressure on citizens to pay a bribe in order to complete a transaction, pointing out that it will add a general manager of public pension body and Director General of the Board of Supreme Audit and representatives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to resolve the problem of the reluctance of retired transactions in the body public pension.

He explained that "the retirement of Diyala Department sent retired send transactions to the public pension body in Baghdad," pointing out that there are a few days late for the purpose of audit and legal and administrative compliance."

The parliamentary finance committee last year, said that public pension law will cost the government a trillion and 400 million Iraqi dinars, noting that the Ministry of Finance approved the allocation of spectrum amount within the 2014 budget.
