Alliance forces submit a request for the inclusion of the amnesty law on the parliamentary agenda 08/31/2015
A coalition of Iraqi forces, on Monday, to apply to the presidency of the parliament for the inclusion of a general amnesty law on the parliament's agenda for the purpose of voting on it, and stressed that the vote carries a positive message confirms went parliament towards the interests of the masses, while calling to expedite the release of prisoners "unjustly and compensation for the period of imprisonment."

The Legal Committee of the House of Representatives confirmed, in (July 29, 2015), that the amnesty law would not include criminals and covered by the anti-terrorism law, and acknowledged with objections to some of its paragraphs, it revealed the formation of a sub-committee to study the draft law.
The Iraqi Council of Representatives ended in the (July 5, 2015) the first reading of the draft general amnesty law, while the law will be presented for the second reading soon.
