Basra protesters are demanding the formation of a "transitional local government" and the prosecution of corrupt "internationally"

Thousands in the province of Basra, on Friday, in front of the government complex downtown to demand the dissolution of the provincial council and the formation of a transitional local government, attacked with some of the marquee for "political and governmental entities", called for international prosecution of persons accused of corruption.

The representative of the religious authority in Karbala, Ahmad Safi student, in (August 7, 2015), Haider al-Abadi to be more "daring and courage" to fight "financial and administrative corruption", and invited him to "strike with an iron fist" on the "abusers" people's money, while stressing the need to "signal" to those who "hinder" the process of reform.
