He stressed the need for "concerted international efforts to address the global war of the war against Daash terrorist gangs," noting that "the war today are not conventional, and that terrorists are targeting Daash schools, hospitals, temples, markets and every aspect of life."

For his part, Lackner and stressed that his visit to Iraq comes confirmation of his country's keenness to enhance cooperation with him, "and an update of the consultations initiated by al-Jaafari during his visit to Brazil a few months ago in the framework of strengthening relations."

Lackner and added that he saw "aspects of life in Baghdad, contrary to what his vision and moving some of the media that are trying to tarnish the image of this country's cultural heritage."

He added that "a number of Brazilian companies accompanied me and have determined to invest in many areas in Iraq."

And said the Iraqi Defense Ministry, on Wednesday (12 August 2015), the Brazilian Defense Minister Jacques and Lackner is supplied Iraq requests of weapons and defense equipment from strategic inventories to his country's army.
