Allawi reveals: ready my resignation four months ago and calls for "the dismantling of the Green Zone," and early elections are the solution
Palm-assured Vice President Iyad Allawi, on Monday, that his resignation ready four months ago, in what was considered an early election, "the solution to the crisis of corruption."
Allawi said in a press conference held today at the headquarters of Accord Party Olive Street in Baghdad, he said that "my resignation ready four months ago," noting, "I am not the owners of positions and therefore we are in harmony and not in the headquarters of the seat of government."
Allawi said that "the reform document that came out Abadi should start at the headquarters of the Council of Ministers, and in the institutions that are supervised by agents of color and one party," and urged "the dismantling of the Green Zone and the abolition of all protections without exception."
