He said the governor of Kirkuk Necmettin Karim , on Thursday, that the province entered the historical era decentralization system and the transfer of the powers of the ministries it, pointing out that decentralization will be applied depending on the competencies.
Karim said in an interview for a number of media, including Alsumaria News, "The province of Kirkuk has entered a new historical era to declare their readiness to implement the decentralization law and begin to exercise the powers granted to them under the law and the Iraqi constitution," noting that "decentralization and implementation of major administrative shift will contribute more in the service of citizens and activate the service departments. "

Karim added that "decentralization system as a new administrative follow for the first time in Iraq, a step in the right direction," pointing out that "decentralization will raise injustice for Alkaragokyin and pave tomorrow promising because they deserve the best for Tafahm and unite them historical in front of the challenges they faced."
He pointed to the cream "and we will work in coordination with the federal ministries to overcome the obstacles and problems that may occur while decentralization as a new administrative system", stressing that "decentralization will be applied depending on the competencies and exceeded quotas, whether partisan or sectarian."
