1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    cup milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and coarsely flaked
    1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. unsalted cooked green peas, drained.

Empty soup into a small casserole, add mild and mix thoroughly. Add tuna, 1 cup of the potato chips and peas to soup mixture. Stir well, Sprinkle top with remaining cup potato chips. Bake in a 350 F oven for 20 minutes. 4 servings. This is a great way to use up the remaining potato chips in the bag that no one will eat.

I don't know where I got this recipe, probably from a friend, but my family loved it and it was a quick easy meal when I got home from work late to fix for dinner.

    Re: Casseroles

I have altered this recipe somewhat from the original recipe. I got the original recipe from a cook book published by our local newspaper, many, many years ago.

2 or 3 10 ounce boxes of CHOPPED Broccoli 1/2 Stick Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Chopped Onion (or to your taste) 1 2 Cup Bag Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup (NO WATER ADDED!) 3/4 Cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (Dry)

Cook broccoli until thawed and just boiling. While that is cooking add onions and butter/margarine to baking dish. (Dicing butter/margarine will help it to dissolve faster). Drain broccoli completely and add to dish. Stir good. Add cheese and soup to dish, stir everything well. Add Stuffing Mix. If you prefer, you can use crackers instead of stuffing crumbs. Mix well. Smooth top of casserole, and cover top with thin layer of additional stuffing crumbs, or crackers. Put in oven at approx. 325 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
