Legal Advisor: Maliki the right candidate for a third term

Baghdad, 1 December / December (Rn) - A legal adviser to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that it is the legal right to the last run for a third term.

He said Fadhil Mohammed Jawad, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Iraqi constitution did not specify the term of prime minister because Iraq is a country representative and the largest bloc that nominated the person concerned to take over the ministry thus, there is no legal impediment to prevent the prime minister took a third term."

He pointed out that "if it is the political blocs to specify the term of the Prime Minister for two terms only, it has to place a constitutional amendment provides for that."

The elected House of Representatives and a majority of the audience Osama Najafi as its President and the First Vice Qusay al-Suhail and Second Vice Aref Tayfur, were also elected Jalal Talabani, President of the Republic of Iraq for the second election cycle.

The political blocs objected heavily on Maliki took for a second term arguing that rejection because of previous government's policy in crisis management.

The mandate of the al-Maliki was the second of many problems, including a port of Mubarak, Iranian and Turkish air strikes on the Iraqi border and cutting off water and security and the formation of regions and other crises hampered the translation of the government program for the owners on the ground, according to observers.
