    Analyst: Maliki already far

    National Alliance
    -

Political observers say that the Kurdistan Alliance is trying to "neutralize" Maliki policies and reduce its momentum through pressure on the components of "ally" within the National Alliance.

    -
Emphasizes political analyst Ihsan Al Shammari said in an interview for long-Presse that "the Kurdistan Alliance is pushing pressure on the components of the National Alliance and is trying to neutralize the policy pursued by the Maliki government".
    -

He adds Shammari "I think that the issue of pressure coalition does not necessarily mean that al-Maliki will abide by what you see this plug considering that Maliki moved to a large extent in some situations for the National Alliance and therefore walked away from seeing the alliance has conclude that who has the executive authority controls the keys things" .
    -

Shammari explains that the statements of the Sadrist movement and the Supreme Council do not enter "into a political act, which limits the al-Maliki's policies toward the Kurds," he said, adding, "They do not have the tools from which to rein in al-Maliki in these policies."
    -

And confirms Shammari said, "Any split in the National Alliance has depicted that these political blocs have splintered from the Shiite alliance and this in itself a threat to the future of both the Council and the mainstream," explaining that "there are determinants of foreign and regional are possess keys solutions and calm and therefore they (Council and current) are trying not to escalate their differences with a coalition of state law in this period. LILY POINTS:

largest components of the National Alliance, after a coalition of state law agreeing with the view of Kurdish forces from the crisis with Baghdad

    • "the coalition (OF STATE LAW) has no ability to impose its control on the Prime Minister, because most parties in the National Alliance tend to calm down, but state law is moving towards escalation and this is risk and will deepen this crisis. "

    ○ SO, it looks as though the Kurds have the backing of one of the largest political parties

    • MP for the Liberal bloc--"We believe that these dialogues are temporary and will not lead to drastic solutions, there is the issue of Article 140, which is no agreement on a lot of its terms, and with a lot of laws that did not proceed because of these differences. "

the issue of pressure coalition does not necessarily mean that al-Maliki will abide

    ○ MALIKI IS NOT GOING TO ABIDE BY ANYONE'S RULES.. HE IS KING NOW!!!! REALIZE THAT MALIKI HAS LIVED ALL OF HIS LIFE UNDER SADDAM'S RULE.. AND HE WAS ONE OF SADDAM'S MEN.. SO SADDAM WAS MALIKI'S EXAMPLE OF HOW TO RULE A COUNTRY.. I am still thinking they put this man in power so they could keep a close eye on him.. I remember talking to my Dad about Iraq during the first invasion and he said, "they will just remove one dictator, and 50 will step up to take his place." Perhaps Maliki was the NEXT THREAT to the world so he was put in power in order to be WATCHED.. PUT UNDER THE MICROSCOPE... SO THE WORLD COULD KEEP AN EYE ON HIM.

    • ANOTHER LETTER SENT:
announced "Kurdish forces" that the solution to the current crisis lies in nine points specified in a letter sent to the National Alliance confirmed that the current crisis is threatening the democratic political process

    • ALSO MENTIONED:
as well as get rid of the phenomenon of management and ministries and state institutions task proxy, also called the "implementation of agreements Erbil and solve the problem disputed areas and in accordance with the Constitution, and the formation of a supreme body

    ○ RANT: This is a prime example of the remaining TERMS OF ERBIL NOT BEING IMPLEMENTED. "Management of state institutions by proxy", is IMHO, referring to Maliki managing the Security Ministers by proxy... Maliki has put people in these positions THAT HE HAS APPROVED.. The ministers working now, were NOT approved by ANYONE but MALIKI HIMSELF.

This takes my thoughts back to the Shabibi situation.. Me newmonies talked about this on the phone the other day... Shabibi, IMO, was removed because he would not allow Maliki access to THE MONEY to buy weaponry etc... (like from Russia..??) at his leisure.. Maliki wants control over 1) The money.. just like Saddam to do whatever he pleases with it 2) To buy weaponry for an army that HE IS IN TOTAL CONTROL OF.. This is WHY the REMAINING TERMS OF ERBIL HAVE TO BE IMPLEMENTED... ERBIL is the "POWER SHARING AGREEMENT".. this was set up this way so that ALL PEOPLE have a say and part in the government... HENCE A DEGGUM DEMOCRACY!!!

News conference recited the statement appended as the National Alliance and expires after reading Balambeshr, and downright that there were grounds realistic if the presidency Alliance this including Mazkrnah of excellence his past and the political weight and the popular enjoyed and also chairman of the Alliance's current does not have seats Alamqadh is! And grants over entitlement as an executive, a post Chancellery national security, was nominated for the presidency of the Alliance Katrdah him in appearance but in fact killed him and the National Alliance, Mr Jaafari political figure is supposed to be wiser to choose the location and Isahd any site not suited to him and he can not perform his role required in front of the Iraqi people of all factions, and the head of the alliance needs qualifications lacking Jaafari, including admissibility of all political forces and political weight and numerical within the coalition and the House of Representatives and both Evtqdahma Mr. Jaafari Flagueth Balchord unfriendly because of problems with them during his premiership for ignoring Mr. President of the Republic and its كحامي the Constitution and the Secretary upon Being part of the executive branch, and has no coalition in the House of Representatives only his seat as we said, and the result was inaugurated this site to double its reflected doubt on his position and therefore he can not object to the performance and work of the government and ease Sthaddamh to mislead and to silence dissenting voices to the government in the General Authority of the Alliance, On this For Mr. Jaafari said tends dress loose it and wearing clothes real preacher thinker landscape, politics may throats Mr. Jaafari and fired a bullet of mercy on himself politically or Astgvlh others killed him in terms of did not know stint this site, and enough disregard him and alliance that is described by the head of delegation Kurdish negotiator that he met with an employee in the office of al-Maliki did not meet the President of the National Alliance, which represents the biggest bloc parliamentary and popular, and the Alliance is a picture of the majority of the components of the Iraqi people as the ship's captain, Faye malfunction or failure in the performance of the Coalition for the cycle to Aase's Congress alliance, but also for the majority of all currents and parties and their audiences, Does Mr. Jaafari will comply with the reality or remain living dreams is not suitable for him and suited her ...
