The MP said Hadi al-Yasiri for the coalition, "state law" led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said that "the National Alliance will be binding to stand in front of what he described as the appropriate options in the event of the insistence of some blocks on the block laws service" in reference to the objections blocs "Iraqi" and "Kurdistan" on bill "infrastructure" presented by al-Maliki.
Yasiri said in a press statement today that "the National Alliance will go obliged to cooperate with the rest of the national forces to take some appropriate options in defense of the rights of the Iraqi people in the event of some insistence on blocking service laws willfully and continuously."
The MP for the coalition Maliki said that "the political situation and service in Iraq can no longer tolerate more time in procrastination or postponements repeated Rules service and private law infrastructure which has become imperative today that stands blocs national firm stance to end the delays, which began simple citizens paid for."

The House of Representatives failed several times in the vote on the law of infrastructure because of political differences and incomplete legal redress for the hearings.
