The President of the 67th session of the General Assembly has chosen the following theme for this year’s debate: “Adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations by peaceful means”.
Statements delivered in the General Assembly Hall will be in one of the UN official languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian or Spanish), according to the rules of the Assembly. There will be no time limits for speeches, however the Assembly indicates a voluntary guideline of up to 15 minutes.
