    Showed a coalition of state law, Monday, objecting to the third amendment to the provincial elections law voted by the House of Representatives.

    The MP said the coalition of state law Mansour al-Tamimi said in an interview for "Twilight News" that "the Second Amendment to the provincial elections law has not been published in the Official Gazette so that it can decide the third amendment."

    Tamimi said that the "Second Amendment won ratification by the Presidency of the Republic, but has not been published in the Official Gazette so can not promise the Second Amendment is effective because of its publication, how parliament amends law has not been implemented so far."

    The House voted, on Monday, the third amendment to the proposal provincial elections law and districts and counties, which includes the adoption of the statistics of the Central Bureau of Statistics and the ration card in the calculation of electoral seats and rely on the ration card in the voter registration update.
    The Iraqi Council of Representatives had voted by majority on the provincial election law during its 12 of the first legislative term for the third legislative year, which was held on the first of the month.
