    Okay... I am unclear here.

    Is this a "Supreme Council " of the opposition for dealing with Baghdad with one voice?

    I dont see where State Law or the NA is involved in this council.

    This is a "Kurdsh" Supreme Council to deal with Baghdad.

    Correct?
