Saleh al-Mutlaq: Barzani agreed to enter the Iraqi army to the region and the release of Arab detainees

Mutlaq said to the reporter / agency Baghdadiya News / "I have spoken with the Kurdish regional president Massoud Barzani on the subject of the release of Arab detainees in prisons and he promised me their release before the feast in order to be good news for the Iraqis in the provinces to which they belong with the prisoners."
On the General Amnesty Law, Mutlaq said that "there is discussion in the Council of Ministers to achieve the reforms, and there was agreement that the law may be issued a general amnesty before the Eid al-Fitr so that we can hemorrhage glad tidings to the Iraqis that the new phase began, a phase of forgiveness and tolerance," and urged "the House of Representatives and the political blocs to speed up the issuing as soon as possible and leave the differences and political convulsions. "
And on the subject of accountability, justice and politicized, said Deputy Prime Minister for Services Affairs that "the subject must be completed from the stage of politicization and becomes a court case," adding, "We are working now in earnest and in agreement with all parties to resolve its law and modified during the two to three weeks to come."
Mutlaq said that the Kurdish regional president Massoud Barzani had agreed to enter the Iraqi army to the cities and villages of the province, provided that there is a process of coordination between them before you move any piece of military. "
And al-Mutlaq said taking a break open and will resume the exercise of his duties as Deputy Prime Minister for Services Affairs early next week.
